Blending post-Romantic and Impressionist influences, the musician's improvisations take the audience on a picturesque journey through motifs that are minimalist, dissonant or consonant. Her unique, improvised composition intrigues and nourishes the dancer, an immaterial entity who enters this musical setting. The body moves, disarticulates to the floating sound of the instrument's melodies. Luc Maintrot, dancer; Jahni Joisin, piano. Audience: children, youth and adults.
